My desire is to help you find balance, restore order, and maximize your time and resources. No project is too small or large including clutter removal, hands-on organizing of kitchens, closets, family rooms, garage/basement, office and other rooms.
Part One: Consultation
All Creating Simplicity projects begin with a consultation. Together we will conduct a thorough needs analysis of your space. The goals of this session are to:
- define your organizing needs
- discuss how basic organizing principles can be applied to this area of your home
- develop a client action plan and cost estimate for the scope of work
Part Two: Implementation of Solution
Once we’ve diagnosed the opportunity and agreed to a solution, we will work together to go through your belongings. The goals of this session are to:
- decide what items will stay and organize them in a logical and attractive way
- decide what to do with the remaining items such as donate, sell, recycle or throw away
Downsizing & Moving Assistance
Congratulations, you are moving to a new home! While the prospect of a new home is exciting, it can also be overwhelming deciding what to take and what to leave behind. I know because the last move my husband and I made was from a large home, with a basement, to a town home with very little storage. We love our new place but it took a lot of purging and prioritizing to make our new “city” home just what we dreamed it could be!
As you think about your move, don’t spend the time and energy to pack and move broken, outdated and useless items. I will help you sort, purge and pack all your belongings with the option of preparing the purged items for a garage sale. Once you reach your new residence, I will unpack and organize your belongings to ensure you start off organized from day one.
